The tour began with an introduction by a planning manager, who guided Jestham through the office layout. She was also greeted by JHN’s proud photo gallery, showcasing the team’s dedication to creating high-quality herbal products.

The journey continued to the packaging material warehouse, where production supplies were neatly stored. Jestham observed the efficient material distribution process, including a dedicated freight elevator. "This is Koko’s little jamu factory," she joked while pointing at the storage area. Her curiosity grew as she prepared to visit the production floors upstairs.

On the second floor, Jestham arrived at the secondary packaging area and physicochemical laboratory. Here, she noted JHN’s strict hygiene and safety standards, including mandatory sanitizer use before entering. "This is their lab, where every product undergoes quality testing," she remarked in awe. Though operations were paused during her visit, she saw advanced equipment like mixing stations and precision scales for measuring raw materials. "They prioritize cleanliness and order. After production, everything is sealed to maintain sterility," she noted.

Jestham also toured handwashing stations and raw material preparation zones. Each production step was designed to ensure product safety and quality. "Materials enter here, then undergo meticulous processing," the guide explained, highlighting the systematic workflow.
