Jestham Treats! Flash Shopping Challenge: What Can You Get in 43 Seconds?!

Denpasar City, Bali - (05/09/25) -Get ready for another heartwarming episode of Jestham Treats! This time, Jestham visited a convenience store and presented a fun challenge to three workers ("abang") to shop for all their basic necessities in just 2 minutes! A game of rock-paper-scissors ("hompimpa") determined one winner who would get to take on the challenge. The atmosphere immediately became lively with the enthusiasm of the three men, who work as employees at that very store.

However, a sweet moment unfolded as soon as the winner, Bang Diki, was given a choice by Jestham. Instead of choosing to shop for the full two minutes by himself, Diki wholeheartedly chose to share his precious time with his two friends. With a fair calculation, each of them got a 43-second turn to grab anything they needed. This spontaneous decision instantly showed how strong their bonds of friendship and solidarity are.

Diki, who went first, immediately got ready, with Jestham herself helping him. With high spirits and excitement, the two of them ran through the aisles filling their shopping basket. The sounds of laughter and enthusiastic shouts filled the store. "A basket, a basket, hurry!" yelled Jestham while helping a seemingly confused Diki choose from the many items. In those short 43 seconds, they managed to gather various staples, from soap and instant noodles to sauce.

Yet, behind the fun of the fast-paced and laughter-filled challenge, lay a moving story that touched the heart. Jestham then started a casual conversation with Diki to get to know him better. It turns out that Diki is a migrant worker originally from West Java who has been living alone in Jakarta for almost two years. His answer was simple yet profound when asked his reason for moving away from home: "Perhaps my fortune is here."

Diki shared that the sadness of being a migrant is the feeling of being far from family and having to do everything by himself. He even experienced how difficult life in the capital city was before he had a motorcycle for work. His independent and persevering struggle is what touched Jestham and the viewers. Even though his life is simple and far from his parents, Diki remains enthusiastic about working and saving money.

The most heartwarming moment happened when Jestham asked Diki to convey a message to his parents. With a trembling voice and eyes welling up, Diki offered a sincere apology. "I hope Mom and Dad are always healthy at home... Forgive Diki if I am lacking in any way, for not yet being able to be the best son," he said. That simple sentence instantly touched the hearts of everyone who heard it.

Jestham immediately comforted and motivated Diki. She emphasized that his independent struggle—not being a burden to his parents and being able to manage his own life away from home—was an extraordinary achievement. "You are not a burden to your parents; you work on your own, and you do everything by yourself. That is already incredible," praised Jestham. Respect and admiration were felt not only by Jestham but also by everyone who witnessed this genuine moment.

Come on, watch the fun and touching moments of their time together with Jestham in this episode. It's guaranteed to be exciting and will make you smile! Watch their genuine reactions all the way to the end to see the continuation of the challenge and the inspiring stories from the other two workers. This episode is proof that behind life's challenges, there is kindness, true friendship, and a persevering spirit that deserves a thumbs-up.
