Spreading Kindness: A Father, A Breadwinner for His Children and Wife

Pulo Brayan, Medan— As the head of a household responsible for everything concerning his family, the role of a "father" is one of a tireless figure who works from morning until night. No matter how tough the circumstances, the determination to provide and strive for his family remains unwavering.

It all started with a food order through an online application at the Jestham office on Friday, September 6, 2024. Jesica Thamrin, the owner of the beauty and health product brand "JÈSTHAM," encountered a delivery driver who was bringing her order.

Muhammad Ridwan, a father who works as an online motorcycle taxi driver, was delivering the order and began a conversation with a light-hearted joke. Despite the weariness visible on his face, his spirit to earn a living remained strong.

"How many orders have you delivered today, sir?" asked Jesica Thamrin, often called Jestham, during their warm conversation. By that afternoon, Mr. Ridwan had only completed 6 orders, including Jestham's. He shared how diligently he works, disregarding the scorching heat or rain, pushing through any condition to provide for his family.

Touched by the father's relentless efforts to support his small family with love and resilience, anyone would be moved, including Jestham, who was genuinely inspired to offer a little help that might ease the family's needs.

Jestham, who accompanied him, even helped to select various household staples needed for his family. The moment was filled with warmth and enthusiasm, as he couldn't believe the blessings bestowed upon him. He offered a prayer of gratitude, a testament to his unending thankfulness.
