Blessings Never Go to the Wrong Address: The Heartwarming Meeting of Jestham and Her Devoted Mother-Ojol Fan
Medan City, North Sumatra—(01/29/25) While passing by, Jestham accidentally saw a middle-aged mother who works as an online ojek (motorcycle taxi) driver, accompanied by her two young sons. "Ma'am, do you still remember me?" Jestham asked warmly. The mother turned and smiled, recognizing Jestham. Without wasting any time, Jestham immediately invited the mother to go shopping with her. "I have a blessing from God to shop for two minutes; would you like to?" Jestham offered. The mother's eyes immediately welled up with tears; before she could say anything, she was already overcome with emotion. "Nothing has happened yet, and you're already sad. "Let's go shopping for household needs, everything," Jestham said reassuringly. The mother agreed, accompanied by her two young sons who always faithfully follow her wherever she goes.
The shopping atmosphere was warm, though slightly awkward because the mother's sons were shy about entering the minimarket. Jestham patiently accompanied them as they walked around, putting various basic necessities such as children's milk, bath soap, and other kitchen staples into the shopping basket. The mother could only feel touched and occasionally wiped her eyes. In between shopping, Jestham offered her a packaged drink to refresh her throat. Simple, yet full of care.

Jestham chatted casually with the mother. It turned out she was an online motorcycle taxi driver. Every day she had to bring her two sons because there was no one to watch them at home. Her husband works as a construction laborer. Her income as an ojol driver is inconsistent, often only tens of thousands of rupiah per day. Yet she endures everything patiently.
The mother also shared her monthly expenses. She has to pay for her child's school fees (who is still in junior high school), rent for their contracted house, electricity, water, and her children's pocket money. Although it's tough, she works every day. Even when it rains, she still goes out and often returns home as late as nine in the evening. She does it all for her children.

Jestham then asked what the hardest thing about being a mother is. The mother answered honestly. According to her, the hardest part is when she is sick. Because when she is sick, her children are not properly taken care of, and their pocket money becomes limited. This simple answer shows how much she cares for her children. She is willing to sacrifice her health so her children can still eat and go to school.
What made this meeting even more special was when the mother confessed that she is a devoted fan of Jestham. Every night she watches the content that Jestham creates. She never imagined she would meet her idol in person and receive kindness from someone she had only seen on her phone screen. Jestham was also moved upon hearing this confession.

After finishing shopping, Jestham not only paid for all the groceries but also She also gave additional blessings (money) to the mother to help pay for her child's junior high school tuition. Jestham understood that school fees were one of the heaviest burdens the mother had mentioned earlier. The mother was even more touched, as this help would greatly ease her expenses that month.
Before parting ways, they prayed for each other. This chance encounter teaches us that blessings truly never go to the wrong address. No matter how small, an act of kindness can mean a great deal to those in need, and sharing sincerely can bring happiness to others.
